Shipping and Delivery
Delivery is free* for all UK orders over £100 (excluding Scottish Highlands and all offshore islands). Below this £100 order level the delivery charge will be calculated at checkout.
The Scottish Highlands and all offshore islands will incur a surcharge; we apologise but this is a cost which we pass directly on to you from our shipping partners. Shipping will be quoted via email after the order is placed, You will have the opportunity to cancel the order if it is not acceptable.
The shipping charge will be clearly displayed on the checkout page once your address has been inserted into the correct fields. We currently only offer UK delivery for online orders, however if you wish for your order to be delivered outside of the UK, please get in touch and we can calculate this on an order basis.
Trade Level Customers will be charged shipping on a per order basis and are not eligible for free shipping. This is due to the fact they are benefiting from significant trade discounts. Shipping will be quoted via official quotation after the order is placed. You can reject the quotation if it is not acceptable. We only charge shipping at cost price.
All of the products we sell on our website are Made to Order. Therefore, all products will have an estimated lead time for delivery stated on each product page. Once your order is placed with us, we will send you your order confirmation to the email address used to make the order. Once the manufacturer confirms their dispatch date, we will then send you another email to the same email address, informing you of the estimated delivery date.
Once your order has been dispatched by the manufacturer, we will send you an email with the tracking information (if provided by the manufacturer)*, informing you of what date you should expect delivery.
Whilst we try to gain tracking information from all of the manufacturers, this is not always possible as some courier companies do not provide tracking numbers.
Our UK customers, Trade and Non-Trade, will not have to pay any additional charges. We are a UK company and it is our responsibility for all the costs of importing goods from overseas.
